“It’s fall of 2021, a year and a half into a global pandemic that has shaken us all to our core. When the COVID-19 vaccine came out in early spring, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief that we had a path forward to fight this virus that has already taken too many of our loved ones. Now several months since I became vaccinated as I look toward scheduling my booster vaccine, I’m grateful for the many opportunities I’ve had this summer and fall to reconnect with my loved ones and support my favorite local businesses that are getting back on their feet while pushing for our local, state, and national leaders to make transformative changes to improve our quality of life as we rebuild our communities together.”
